Akademic is committed to protecting students’ privacy and processing personal information safely and secure. We comply with the regulations on personal data protection and the following policies will help you understand how we process your information.

We collect your personal information when you register an account, register a course, pay, or contact us. The information includes: Full name, email address, phone number, and other necessary information.

1.2 Purpose of using information

We use security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or change.

Akademic does not sell or share personal information of students to third parties unless the student’s consent or request from the law agency.

2. Learning and payment policies
2.1 Tuition fee

All courses at Akademic have a clear tuition fee published on the website. Tuition fees may change over time, however, the registration fee of the registered course will not be changed until that course is completed.

2.1 Payment method

Students can pay through the following methods:

  • Credit card/debit card.
  • Bank transfer.
2.3 Refund polic

Students can request a refund within 7 days of registering the course if they have not participated in school or have not used learning materials. After 7 days, Akademic will not accept the request for refund, unless there is a good reason to be considered.

3. Course policy and course conversion
3.1 Regulations on course participation
  • Students need to participate in the schedule and do full homework to achieve the best results.
  • If the student cannot take the offline course on the selected schedule, it is necessary to notify the center in advance to arrange the compensation lesson (if any).
3.2 Course conversion

Students can switch between courses if they feel that the course is inappropriate. The conversion is only performed within the first 7 days from the start of the course, provided that the course has a new time or less than the registered course.

3.3 Course reservation

In case of special individual reasons, students may request to reserve the course for a maximum of 6 months. After this time, the course will be considered as completed and cannot continue.

4. Policy of using resources
4.1 Ownership

All course materials, including videos, lectures, and references are owned by Akademic or lecturer. Students are not allowed to share, copy, or distribute this document in any way without agreement from Akademic.

4.2 Using resources

Learning resources are provided to students only for personal learning purposes and not used for commercial or widely distributed purposes.

5. Policy to support students
5.1 Technical support

Students can contact the technical assistance via email or hotline to solve problems related to access to accounts, learning materials, and other technical issues.

5.2 Study support

Lecturers and teaching assistants will assist students throughout the learning process. Students can send questions and receive feedback from lecturers for a maximum of 24 hours.

5.3 Course reservation

In case of special individual reasons, students may request to reserve the course for a maximum of 6 months. After this time, the course will be considered as completed and cannot continue.

6. Review and certification
6.1 Review
  • Students will be evaluated based on the results of the exercises, tests and participation in the lessons.
  • In order to achieve a certificate of completion, students need to participate at least 80% of the lessons and complete at least 70% of the exercises..
6.2 Certification

After completing the course with satisfactory results, students will receive certification from Akademic. This certificate may be used to add to personal or CV records..

7. Amendment policy

Akademic has the right to change and adjust these policies without notice. The changes will be updated on the website and take effect immediately after the announcement. Students are encouraged to monitor regularly to grasp the latest policies.
